My own background supports this mission. I trained as a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s from Loughborough University and began my career in technology, gaining experience in digital systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making at Sky. This analytical mindset underpins our approach to scaling HVAC businesses, ensuring each one operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably within the group.

Lee is a values-driven entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation in UK M&A circles for closing deals with confidence and leading without ego.

After beginning his investment career at a boutique firm and completing his first acquisitions in 2014 under the guidance of UK and US M&A mentors, he went on to acquire nine underperforming companies between 2015 and 2017, transforming them into profitable businesses. In 2018, he founded Verdani Capital, a buy-and-build firm focused on scaling larger UK businesses.

To date, he has acquired 26 companies across Manufacturing, Professional Services, Construction, HVAC, and IT Services, with his current portfolio generating £2M+ in annual profit and a clear trajectory toward £10M+. Following three successful exits in 2024, Lee has doubled down on legacy-driven growth, ethical deal-making, and conscious leadership. Rooted in spirituality and self-awareness, he brings depth, presence, and long-term vision to every partnership.
